How long does it take my order to ship?

We know how excited you are you are about your order and promise to process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 5 -7 business days for your order (non-personalized) to be shipped to you. Please allow three weeks for your personalized orders (including orders that contain personalized and non-personalized items). Custom orders will vary and should be discussed with our customer service manager at the store.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship inside the continguous 48 states.

What will shipping cost me?

The cost for shipping each item is calculated based on the price of the item at checkout before tax is added.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa. Master Card, and Discover.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. All orders placed in the state of Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% sales tax.

What is your return policy?

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in it's original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of reciept of the item.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. We offer complimentary gift wrapping in our signature packaging for most items. Please make that selection at the time of your order.  When you reach the Shipping Method Step during the checkout process a Gift Wrapping Selection will then be provided.  Unfortunately, not all itmes are able to be gift wrapped and those items will be noted in the descriptions on the product page.  (Note:  Even if the rest of the items in your shopping cart are to be gift wrapped, we still cannot provide gift wrapping for those items that are noted as:  GIFT WRAPPING NOT AVAILABLE).

Are there any discounts available?

We do try to offer various discounts, special offers, and sales throughout the year. Please sign up for our emails and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest to receive these exclusive updates!

Can I place my order over the phone?

Of course! When it comes to baby products or finding just the right gift, we understand that it's sometimes helpful to talk to a real person - especially if that person is a child-loving expert like our staff. Please call our store to speak to one of our experienced sales staff members. Call (262) 790-6890 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am - 7pm. If no one is available to assist you, or if you call before or after business hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as we are able.
