Shipping Information

We ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment, except during holidays or inclement weather. Some merchandise on the site may require additional shipping.  Items such as furniture and custom orders.  This will be noted in the product descriptions. We do our best to pack your orders to insure that bags, boxes, and/or products arrive at your home safely. Unfortunately, the postal service is not always as gentle with your packages as we would like and boxes do get damaged. Please purchase insurance on your packages, as we are not responsible for lost or broken packages.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Standard Shipping Rates

The shipping cost is calculated based on the total price of an order before tax is added.

Express Shipping

Express shipping can be available on some items. However, you would need to call or email our customer service department before or at the time you place your order to make arrangements to get the rate that would be charged.

Return and Exchange Policy

goo goo gaa gaa strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and unparalleled shopping experience. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in it's original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of reciept of the item. Simply call us within 30 days and we will give you a Return Authorization Number which is only valid within 10 days of receiving it. Once we have received your return, we will issue a credit accordingly. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the 10 day timeframe, or if we notice the item has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense.

Any "custom" or personalized items will require payment in full at the time of order and are not refundable. If you would like to cancel a custom order for any reason, you must do so within 2 business days of your order.
Any returned furniture items are subject to a restocking fee of 30% in addition to shipping and handling charges. Any furniture return must be discussed and approved. Please contact our customer service manager at our store to discuss your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
